In this 3 hour class, students will learn:
-how to make simple and delicious sugar cookie dough
-how to roll, cut and bake a variety of cookie shapes
-how to make/colour royal icing
-how to properly “flood” cookies with royal icing to achieve one-of-a-kind treats
Each student will go home with a recipe booklet and many yummy cookies to enjoy!
Please bring and wear a mask and comfortable shoes (no open toe allow). You don't need to bring anything else to class.

Minimum Age: 12 years old
Location: La Rocca Kitchen Midtown (2638 Yonge St)
Cancellation Policy: We require at least 14 days notice for full refund. If you cancel within 14 days before the class we will issue a credit for a future class minus a $25 admin fee. Cancellations within 48 hours of the class will be considered "no-show" and no credit or refund will be possible. If a class gets cancelled by us you will get a full refund.
